So we have this holiday in the US that is known by most people as President's Day. While researching this I found that it is not actually the official name of the federal holiday, though in some states that observe it, it is. Turns out that the name is actually still Washington's Birthday, though it is observed on a day that can never land on that day. I was always taught that President's Day was a combination of Washington's and Lincoln's Birthdays, but that you were to honor all those who have served as President on that day. I can do that. But I feel sort of misled knowing that I was taught wrongly. But in the mistaken belief that it will be President's Day Monday, here is a photo of the most popular portraits of some of those who have held that office. And if you have the day off like I do, enjoy it.
